Démoralisé par notre vie parisienne, mon mari et moi souhaitons aller vivre à l'île Maurice. Nous voulons nous installé de manière permanente dans ce merveilleux pays.
Par contre, nous ignorons les démarches à suivre : comment acheter une maison? Monter un commerce? Carte de résident?.....

faut pas se prendre la tête, si tu as un peu de sous de coté ce sera facile, sinon ce sera galère.
Acheter une maison n'est pas possible (normalement) avant 3 ans et un permis permanent.
Acheter un commerce est tout à fait possible (et assez simple mais attention aux arnaques quand même).
L'occupation permit (carte de résident) se délivre en 3 jours si on a bien tous les papiers.

D'habitude les gens demandent aussi comment trouver un travail

Question stupide, etant dans le même cas que Anne DA, je souhaiterai avec ma fiancée partir a maurice. Mais le "probleme" c'est que je suis a moitié mauricien. Je suis de nationalité francaise mais ma mere est mauricienne, mes freres aussi. Je suis assez bien diplomé et j'aimerais en savoir plus. Je suis titulaire de 3 BEP industriel, du BAC gestion d'entreprise et je serais surement bientoto titulaire d'une liscence de cinéma. J'aimerais entendre vos suppositions ^^

je suis Architecte installé depuis peut sur Maurice, pour commencer il faut prévoir un budget d'au moins 20.000 € pour les premiers frais, reste tout le reste travail maison voiture scolarité des enfants permis de résident etc etc, ces la que les choses ce corse, pour le travail tout depend de votre recherche mais ici les salaires sont assez bas, Maison pour acheter il faut théoriquement attendre 3 Ans mais il existe d'autres possibilitées, location les prix depende de l'endroit que vous choisissez, comptez entre 35.000 Rs et 120.000 RS 1€=42Rs voiture tres tres cher et pas facile d'avoir un credit, scolarité des enfants il existe des ecoles francaises mais payantes, je pourrais vous en dires plus contacté moi sur : architecte;grillon.h@orange.mu

Pour le resident permit : tout depend ce que vous venez y faire ...
Pour acheter une maison : Il faut monter un trust ... et la bonne chance ou bien l'option B acheter un IRS a environ 1 million d'euros a l heure actuelle
Monter un commerce est tres facile ... sous reserve d'avoir le bon creneau et de l'argent d'avance ...

Je voudrais trouver un travail à Maurice, j'ai un bac+2 dans le domaine de l'aquaculture (production), la plongée est ma plus grande passion, en gros je cherche un travail en rapport avec la mer, l'environnement. Je suis française mais qu'importe le salaire pour le moment.

Il faut pas se songer dans la journee.

Comme vous etes française ou français, pourquoi pas choisir le Maroc comme un pays a vivre, pres de chez vous, billets d avions mon chere.
Maroc est aussi beau comme Ile Maurice.
Des opportunités pour faire des commerce existent tjrs.
même c est un pays musulman, il y en a beaucoup a apprendre ici.
Cout de vie est moins cher par rapport a Ile maurice.
